RichWave offers a series of Mobility LNA products, covering low band, middle band, and high band applications, featuring a low Noise Figure (NF). The high gain and high linearity of the products improve the system sensitivity of 4G/5G smart phone applications.

Key features of the RichWave Mobility LNA solutions include:

Advanced CMOS process enables cost effective customer solutions
Separate parts for low band (728MHz - 960MHz), middle band (1805MHz - 2200MHz), and high band (2300MHz - 2690MHz)
