LTE Femtocell/Small cell

RichWave offers a line of power amplifiers (PAs) covering all LTE bands for femtocell/small cell applications.

Multi-Band LTE/CDMA/WCDMA/HSPA Power Amplifier. Four PAs cover all LTE bands with linear output power up to +24dBm.
3.3V supply voltage provides +18dBm output power; 5V supply voltage provides +24dBm output power.
BOM requires only minor changes to use a different PA to accommodate different LTE bands.
Optimized for use with a single supply voltage to simplify PCB routing.
