Front-end Module (FEM)
RichWave offers a series of automotive full FEMs and Rx FEMs for 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi application. Full FEM integrate the PA with power detector, LNA with bypass mode and a T/R SW in the same package, while Rx FEM integrate LNA with bypass mode and a T/R SW. All RF ports are fully 50 ohm matched to make system integration easy and simple.
Some FEMs comply with AEC-Q100 requirements in automotive grade 2 level and meet the stringent 105°C operational specification, while some FEMs are in automotive qualification process.
