Mobility Switch

RichWave offers a broad line of Radio Frequency (RF) switches for 4G/5G smart phone applications, including high-performance devices with low Insertion Loss (IL), high isolation, and low harmonics generation. RichWave uses SOI CMOS switches for both main and secondary paths, offering a wide variety of switches and Antenna Switch Modules (ASMs) ranging from simple Single-Pole Double-Throw (SPDT) switches to complex high port count configurations such as Single-Pole Eight-Throw (SP8T) switches.

Key features of RichWave Mobility switches include:

Power capabilities from medium (+20 dBm) to high power (> +36dBm).
Isolation performance ranging from +25dB to +50dB.
High linearity with good suppression of TBR and harmonic distortion.
