Low Noise Amplifier

RichWave offers a series of low noise amplifiers (LNA) operating in the 2.4GHz band or 5GHz band that improve system sensitivity in WiFi applications.

RichWave leverages multi-process technologies, including GaAs/SiGe/SOI CMOS, to optimize the noise figure vs. gain performance and provide the most cost effective customer solutions:

RichWave offers LNA products with fully matched input and output configurations, in order to reduce PCB size and simplify compact design.
LNAs with around 1dB NF and gain of over 10dB help designers reduce the system NF by 2dB-3dB and improve overall system sensitivity.
