Based on its excellent ESG performance, RichWave won “TCSA – Sustainability Report Gold Award 2023 ” & the highest recognition of “Plantinum Award 2024” at electronic information manufacturing industry – Category2. TCSA is a highly prestigious and credible benchmark among Taiwan’s sustainability awards. A cumulative total of 882 companies have participated in TCSA, and RichWave has been awarded for two consecutive years, demonstrating our determination and our execution ability in sustainable management.

May Lin, Sr. AVP & ESG team leader at RichWave, who was accepted the award on behalf of RichWave and interviewed by “ESG Times”, she said “ Effective ESG implementation require the supports of management team, integration from top-down of entire company, familiar with ESG-related regulations and setting corresponding measures, implementation and fully disclosure on public. “ RichWave are committed to sustainable development with the business philosophy of persistence and integrity, comply with green technology, aim to talent development, environmental conservation and investing in social-care. After establishing the ESG system, action plans and evaluation standards, ESG members shall integrate all employees working together to support ESG-related activities and achieve excellent evaluation.

“ESG has become a critical indicator for corporate competitiveness today." May Lin emphasized in the interview “RichWave autonomously implement ESG and has been awarded the "TCSA Sustainability Report Award" two years in a row. The key to its success focused on "content“ of the report, which is the most important point. All contents come from the results of activities  implementation, Transparency and public disclosure of various information, and the achievement of excellent sustainability performance.“
