RichWave Co-Founder & President Shyh-Chyi Wong named on HBR's list of Taiwan Top 30 Best-Performing Female CEOs

Dr. Shyh-Chyi Wong, Co-Founder & President of RichWave Technology Corporation, has once again been hoored in the "2025 HBR Taiwan Top 30 Best-Performing Female CEOs" by the Trandition Chinese edition of Harvard Business Review (HBR). This mark her second consecutive inclusion in the Top 20 female chief executive offers of listed companies, showcasing her outstanding leadership and excellent performance. 

The global traditional Chinese version of "Harvard Business Review" launched the first "Best Listed Female CEOs' survey" in Taiwan in 2021, and is evaluated every two years. In 2025, the 3rd Taiwan Best Female CEOs survey identified 122 female CEOs of 326 female chairpersons, CEOs, or general managers from over 1800 listed companies on the Taiwan Stock Exchane. The selection criteria are focused on two major dimensions : Financial Performance and ESG Performance, and listing 30 outstanding female business leaders.  

It marks the second consecutive time Dr. Shyh-Chyi Wong has received this prestigious honor - in 2023 and 2025. This recognition highlights that Dr. Shyh-Chyi Wong's leadership continues to drive RichWave forward with strong financial performance, market capitalization growth, total shareholder return, earnings per share (EPS), and ESG commitment.
