RichWave Publishes ESG Report 2025

RichWave Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as RichWave) officially released its 2025 ESG Report in August 2026. This is the company's forth sustainability report, covering six major themes: Sustainable Management, Corporate Governance, Product Management, Employee Care, and Environmental Management, Social Care. It presents the company's management and performance across environmental, social, and governance (ESG) dimensions. By disclosing ESG-related information, company demonstrate transparency, enabling to response and address the issues of concern with its stakeholders.

The Company also actively monitors the relevant regulations of the competent authority's“Sustainable Economic Activity Reference Guidelines.”After reviewing the second edition of the "Sustainable Economic Activity Reference Guidelines”released at the end of 2024, RichWave's industry has not yet been included, so it is not applicable for the time being. However, the Company will continue to track the guideline's updates and will evaluate and disclose its status once the IC design industry is included in the future.

The information disclosed in this report is prepared in accordance with the GRI Universal Standards 2021 published by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI). The report's relevant statistics and data comply with local regulations, internationally accepted indicators, industry standards, or industry customs are taken into consideration when performing the calculations. In addition, The Company has engaged PwC Taiwan to provide independent limited assurance on specific key performance information in accordance with Statement on Assurance Engagements Bulletin No. 3000,“Assurance Engagements Other than Audits or Reviews of Historical Financial Information.”Please refer to the appendix of this report for the assurance report.
