Switch
RichWave offers a series of automotive SPDT and SP3T switches for 2.4GHz and 5GHz application. Those switches are processed in advanced CMOS SOI (silicon-on-insulator) technology featuring low insertion loss, high isolation, and sustain high linearity at low supply voltage. The excellent performance make it ideal to be applied in wireless application for WLAN, Bluetooth® and IEEE 802.11a/ b/g/n/ac transmit/ receive function.
Some switches comply with AEC-Q100 requirements in automotive grade 2 level and meet the stringent 105°C operational specification, while some switches are in automotive qualification process.
